Built in 1912, this historic home received a bottom-up retrofitting by Frontera Homes to raise the bar for home energy efficiency—the ultimate goal being to produce less energy than it consumes, and look good doing it. The house generates 110% of the power it uses, putting energy back into the local grid. Built in collaboration with the team at Scott & Scott Architects.

Our green roof, custom windows, custom millwork, and attention to detail brought the house into harmony with it’s environment. Design by Greenway Studios.
